The team at Radon Protection UK are looking forward to attending this years radon forum. Our new assistant at Radon Protection UK Shannon will also be joining us for the day.

Held at the UK Health Security Agency, in Oxfordshire the day includes topics surrounding radon measurement and control in buildings, Local Authority officers, radon remediation specialists, radiation public health and environmental radiation consultants.

There will be discussions on:

•           Radon monitoring, including the use of electronic monitors

•           Building mitigation

•           Radon and geology

•           HSE activities

•           Presentations from representatives of the Radon Council and UK Radon Association

There will also be an option to tour the UKHSA radon calibration/validation/inter-comparison facility with opportunities to discuss radon issues and network with a range of radon specialists including scientists, government, radon remedial contractors and others. We shall look forward to meeting some of you there.
